Word up! I sorta had some time for art... and this is what came out. Here we've got and updated version of Val. I know her glasses aren't as big as they used to be, but i'm feeling better about this. I've been fooling around with different glasses for her, and smaller versions of the previous ones seem to work for me. Amaya's there, and she has a few variations but they're not noticeable here. I recently picked up a book about character design and it made me feel that i could make my girls stronger design-wise. Heinrich as well has undergone some slight changes. I know most of you who have been with me for a while are probably getting sick of the redesigns, but art is a constant progression... so there! Take that! I hope you don't mind. I've been so tired lately, and it's really changing the way i do things and react to certain actions.So here it is... Val and Amaya against the Enchanted Tikis!

do you have some wicked comic somewhere that i ought to know about of is your work confined to deviant for some unknown reason? i love the little details, everything from the striped socks to the little lines on the rocks (no rhyme intended) but i am especially fond of the detail you put in the wood grain, it's hard to make it look even vaguely realistic and yet you do such a great job! ahh, i am so jealous! great picture!

Seperate the tiki guys and the girls in the foreground change the light grey's to white or make them color pieces and you've got wto tattoo designs.

It was probably all just the owner of the amusement park. And he would've gotten away with it if it weren't for the meddling goths. It's excellent. 50's camp is brilliant. I likes it. And Happy Birthday!

My brother wanted a tiki pole type tattoo.
Srsly this is wicked tho great job on the lining. It always amazes me how you can make black and grey drawings look so awesome. When I do it they always seem empty. Then again I'm a sucker for color.

Art books are indeed a secret weapon. It's good to soak up other people's work. DeviantART is good that way, but sometimes it's nice to look at a printed product such as a book rather than a monitor.
