Your style is just so good looking that I hope that in time you at least do a few one-offs showing your rendition of other prominent ponies. I would particularly enjoy seeing how you would draw Celestia. I mean in the full page sense, not as a supplemental character in the corner of a panel.
Lots of people draw MLP related comics. Only a few elevate it to the level of ART. You are most certainly among that elite crew.

Thank you so much for your compliments, I've been trying my best to have this comic reflect my improvement in portraying ponies, and I'm extremely happy that at least a few people such as you seem to appreciate it.

I think the expression and statement in panel 2 nicely conveys how difficult it can be to try to acknowledge feelings that one thinks one shouldn't have.

Making SFW comics is fine, but the dream is very important to this specific story; I mean, it's literally driving it, so I (speaking for myself) can't get fully invested in it when it's left so vague. And I'm not saying we had to see gore or even an actual action, but if it at least showed them about to do a specific thing, like they were holding a weapon or something, and it cut away. The story is being driven by something that we don't really get to see or know about.

People sorely lack imagination these days, I tell you. I mean, come on. Green glow of the dream, his... sheer exaustion when his awake, the expressions of nithgmare Twily and Cady. If you can't imagine the gory details yourself, you are clearly not even trying.

It sounds like a good reason to be jealous to me. Well, not exactly a good reason, since despite not being an alicorn you seem to wield about as much political power (and perhaps even a comparable amount of magical power, since you're a pretty talented unicorn) as Cadance, and more political power than Twilight. But it's an understandable reason.
Still, I'm not so sure it's a jealousy dream. We might need to dig deeper.

I don't know of ANYBODY doing pony art who can match your ability with facial expressions. You take that farther than any other pony artist, without a doubt.

I feel like you are exaggerating a little bit. I know of several artists who are able to portray a wider gamut of expressions than I do, and I do have a hard time using cartoony exaggeration as a tool to help convey extreme expressions. I'm usually way too literal and focused on plausibility in my portrayals, so I end up using other secondary signals, such as color and shading, to help me convey the message the way I want it to be perceived. It helps that I've been able to developed a distinctive style that gets quite a bit from traditional comic books in regards to that. Maybe you're just desensitized to the way expressions are used in styles that are closer to the original show style?
Regardless, I am still grateful that you seem to hold my work in such high regard. Please let me know if there is something you feel I could do to improve it even more! Thank you for your kind support.

I honestly do think you put more effort into making your work expressive (facial expression) than any other artist I know of who's doing pony content. I am not exaggerating. I think you sell yourself short.
Like you said, you don't really do it in a cartoony style. But any goon can draw a curve and fill it full of teeth.
What you do is more, how to say it, realistic, but within a totally non-realistic context. Can that comment even make sense? It certainly isn't anywhere near the kaomoji style, which I personally have little love for. (Nice way of saying I hate it and consider it to be super annoying)
I'd say it this way: If your pony drawing style was an accurate rendition of subject ponies, then your style of adding emotional expression to their faces would be realistic in context. It FITS.

This page and the next couple of pages are more or less the entire reason this comic exists. We were thinking of characters who didn't really interact in the show, and Luna and Shining Armor surprisingly don't share many lines, or any when the script was written. And then the question was easy. "What would Shiny and Luna talk about?" What indeed...
Once again, I am impressed at Myke's ability to turn what is pretty much a dry dialogue page into something like this. The panel with Shiny tossing Cadance wasn't in the script explicitly, but I like Myke's choice of visuals for that line. Once more my mental image of what a page might look like has been defeated. Well done.

Those two last panels were deliberate choices. I picked scenes that are familiar to the viewer and relevant to Shining's words, but that still put him as far away for the picture as possible. He's almost invisible, even in a scene that originally featured him prominently, and as we know, Cadance got most of the attention in that particular scene.
