Well, she does Wii Fit twice a week and...
Just kidding.
Her life circumstances have prevented her from having access to proper gym equipment for a long time, but she uses whatever heavy things she can get her hands on to lift and do leveraged body weight strength training, like weighted burpees, dips, chin-ups and pull-ups, as well as as many variations of weight lifting as the objects she has on hand allow. These are not optimal conditions, but her exceptional genetics and athletic background helped her immensely in this aspect.

she has a beautiful face, a great, strong body, (which is drawn very accurately, because your anatomy is very realistic), nice linework, good colours, great shading/lighting effects and a wonderful pose.

I'll be honest. Normally they do not like muscular women but Liz's muscle tone is perfect because she not only looks strong but also looks attractive enough. Considering she has a height of 1.90 m, the musculature is fine. With respect to her personality, and all the other characteristics she has, she makes me like her character very much. By the way, the swimsuit I have I like too. This is a very good illustration, Myke. Also I want to mention that the mammalian type anthropomorphic characters you've done lately; it is noticed more that they have fur unlike your previous illustrations. I mean, I do not say it as a bad thing, on the contrary, that's something I really like. Seeing that your art has evolved in a good way is a very good thing. I mention it, because some artists draw furries characters as if they have fur simply have painted the color of their coat on their skin directly, which does not make it look good. In conclusion, I like what you did in this illustration as well as in the previous ones as well. Greetings.

All my characters are works in progress, even in terms of design, and it's always great to know how people feel about specific aspects of them that I decide to tweak and experiment on. I can only hope that you'll like Liz as much when I get the chance to give her some narrative context. Characters of her visual type have been stereotyped to be narcissistic and/or aggressive, and I intend to turn this cliche upside down with her characterization. I do hope to be able to make her an appealing character, more than just visually.
