Need a warm up before continuing mg Blank page commish.BATMAN - AZRAEL pencil
11" X 17 board
0.5 mechanical pencil with
Faber-Castell 0.5 HB Polymer Fine Lead 12-75-13
0.7 mechanical pencil for Blue lead.
Time: 7hrs
The original sketch I did two months ago and it's quick coloring.

I like the original Batman suit but when I saw this one I fell in love with it. It is an awesome design for the costume. So second favorite Batman costume.

Will do. Also I like the fact he has a flashy way of showing the bat symbol. It's a mobile Bat signal.

I took out the chest flashlight on him (lol) and put the bat sign on his shoulder pads (i mean protector). I also removed the metal belt that connects to the metal gauntlet.
Also created a plot/story for BatAz that will make him leave the shadow of BATMAN and Azrael. He will be as intelligent as Bruce. More vicious than Jean and younger than Dick. If I can only present to DC my ideas for BATAZ...but they would want more stupid ideas.

I'm not much for the fan remake of a story that has been published... but I am guilty of it myself. This one sounds interesting.

The armor is not built for KEN, that's for sure.
I am not really into remake, but just a continuity of a story that was stopped without really giving it (the entire suit) the justice it needs. That is why it's not gonna be the Batman nor the Azrael, it'll be something else.

That is such a dramatic pose! And I remember the version that you coloured too, so it's good to see the original version. He has a real sense of darkness to him.
