Description
This is my remake of Lieutenant Andra. She appeared in the Star Comics, most notably in "The Hate Stones".

Andra is a lieutenant in the Eternian army. I mixed the old design with the 2002 Eternian soldier design, which itself is based on Man-at-Arms. The belts across her chest was a mix of the original design and Emiliano's firewoman from Issue 1 of the new comic.
