It's Easter time, and here in Catalonia it's typical to create a cake called "Mona" (female monkey, yup), with eggs and pieces of fruit and a special dough. My aunt Susana always makes the most delicious Mones, and with the dough that was left, she created this little strips/fingers, and I like to say they are little sweet baguettes
