It always amazes me how Dark Souls artwork has 10 times more feeling and story then actual Dark Souls. 

Then again, everything interesting in Dark Souls gets cut....because it would be too interesting. Wouldn't want to have actual story now would we? Nah, how about a couple more item descriptions about shit that don't matter, from characters who died thousands of years ago, that you'll never meet?

That would be nice if you were able to severe Gywndolin's top half from Aldrich. Gwyndolin using the last of his life force and thanks the Ashen One and give you something to bring to Yorshka tell her that he's dead.

Aldrich, I will burn away every part of you. I will not rest until every tiny little bit of sludge is completely destroyed. I will avenge my old friend Gwyndolin.

While it pains me to see Gwyndolin in this state, the art is fantastic. So fantastic I do feel the need to start another okay through just to kill that damn sludge again. Well done.
