This is an amazing poster. I just saw the movie today and let me tell you, it's a worthy adaptation. This poster captures Carrie's suffering and revenge perfectly. *favorited*

I love Carrie, and this is an amazing piece. I love the texture and blood swipes, the simplicity and the white space. Though the knife doesn't fit the movie it helps the atmosphere of the piece in total. Without the knife I feel the piece would better fit an exorcism movie as it would take away the dynamic feel of the piece...I know this movie is about murder if nothing else because of the symbolism of the knife, so great idea mixing it in with the religious aspect and most iconic part of the movie.

Did you cast Julianne Moore as the mother? Or am I thinking this is just purely fan-made and it's actually going to be a legitimate movie coming out?

I love the imagery of it, though. Gets the climax of the story without spoiling too much of it.

I've always loved Stephen King, so much; been a fan since I was little and mom let me watch The Stand... been fascinated with him ever since. I would love to see this better remade
