Martha's Vineyard scene. Me and my camera. Once again my husband took the photo. It was sometime in the mid 90s.When I find the neg, I'll scan it but it's lost for now so this will have to do.

Hah.... I've always thought my knees were too 'knobby'... and they are compared to those people whose legs go down in a nice taper from thigh to ankle.

It's such a cool spot. I've been three times because I had a friend who rented a place there every summer. It's very laid back, upscale, rich people relaxing kind of place. There are also a fair number of artists and people who live there all year despite the hardship of that! That beach where I'm standing has a little place that sells corn on the cob, fish (and maybe french fries?) so that you can go sit and eat and watch the sunset. It's awesome!

I remember going to Huntington Beach Pier as a kid and eating hamburgers and strips from a place called Jack's, they had the BEST hamburgers in the world! Things just taste better on the beach for some reason.

My life is rich. I've been lucky because travel has been part of it. When I was a kid, it's what I most wanted to do and I've been able to go places I'd dreamed about. Thanks for your sweet comment.
