i am glad-or hopeful-you coul see that i meant a lot in just the few words i had left here..
it-and much of your work lately-
has gone into another sphere..
taking all of you/your work inside it
but-making a new ..?
we shall see..
or we are seeing
and it is amazing to witness

beautiful beautiful work.
i always knew you had-nave-a strong mind
but- i see you opening out your shells more
or-at least-it seem that way to me.
i see more than your beatiful images
more than your mind
you are -to me--going much higher now.

i tend to make people run away because they think all i am is weird and/or too intense

What happens with me is that I do a series of these much more introspective type of shots and then I 'take a break'. it's like I have to... that I am drained dry in that vein. I shoot a bunch life...other things...whatever and then I always go back. I've been doing these (green vase type) of images since the late 80s ... off and on always.

I'm happy to have somone see what those images are about. You do not sound weird to me..never.

Interestingly, I'm not too introspective and rarely lonely. LOL I do LOVE being alone too. But when i was younger I felt very isolated so maybe that is coming through.

I've looked again at your photo. I wanted to decipher its magic although you called it "the green vase", for me it is the most marginal part in it... therefore it's a beautiful title, btw... I think your left hand and its sleeve and gesture as well as your head gesture, are the "heart" of this work, and they are magical indeed! it looks as if you moved or walked when the picture was made, therefore it feels as if it is a "capture of a moment" picture... and I really like the distortion, which intense that feeling, and leave a place for our imagination to complete the "missing" parts of the "story".... really really BEAUTIFUL / EMOTIONAL work!

Not sure what made me think of it... except that I love impressionistic painting... and I think it has a feeling of the pre raphaelites too... that kind of 'dramatic' thing going on. I'm a drama queen..or so my husband tells me. lol
