This is manta ray the seawing he is 4 years old he was animus cursed by another seawing names beluga to have his eyes change colour due to his emotion he grew up away from the seawing palace but knows about them he thinks of beluga as a father cause beluga raised him even tho beluga basically kidnapped him and manta ray knows it beluga still loves manta ray and thinks of him as his own child manta ray isn’t interested in leaving the outskirts of the ocean and prefers to stay close to beluga.
