With his followers, he stole from women and children, and he even killed people! A kid like you may not know this, but the Gerudo race consists only of women. Only one man is born every hundred years... Nabooru (First entry)

"The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time" (1998)

Second-in-command of the Gerudo Tribe, a race of thieves had live in the desert just west of the kingdom of Hyrule. The entirety of the Gerudo is full of women, but every 100 years, a male is born to be their king, which happens to be Ganondorf.

She is highly respected among her people, and has a second-in-command herself.

While Nabooru's a lone thief, she's different from Ganondorf and his followers, for her own reasons. She plans to rebel against the King of Gerudo by getting the Silver Gauntlets. That's where Link comes in to help her in the Spirit Temple. She said she'd "do something great" for him, but what?

"The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time" (1998)

Second-in-command of the Gerudo Tribe, a race of thieves had live in the desert just west of the kingdom of Hyrule. The entirety of the Gerudo is full of women, but every 100 years, a male is born to be their king, which happens to be Ganondorf.

She asked Young Link to get the Silver Gauntlet to help her rebel against Ganondorf, but she was captured by the two Sorceress Sisters, Twinrova (Koume & Kotake). Seven years later, they had brainwashed her into fighting Link as an Iron Knuckle, until Link had freed her and defeated the two in the Spirit Temple.

However, when she was freed, it was revealed that Nabooru was awakened as the Sage of Spirit, thanks to Link's heroic efforts!

Allies: Link, Zelda, Saria, Ruto, Impa, Raaru, Darunia, Aveil (presumably)

Enemies: Ganondorf, Twinrova, Koume & Kotake

Fun fact: She has a spot for Link for calling him a "handsome warrior" after awakening as the Sage of Spirit. Before Android 21, I was infatuated with Nabooru at a young age, until I moved on.
