Oh come on! LOL do you seriously expect me to believe that you 'create' something that has a Dalek's head, a Dalek's neck, a Dalek's hemispheres and even resembles the concept spider-daleks designed as a pitch both for the series that was going to be made in 1996 but never came about AND the new series and you don't know what a Dalek is?

And you live in the US, where Doctor Who is BIG at the moment and EVERYONE's heard of the Daleks.

I am owingn up, I am in my 60's, not a young chick who watches movies. I take care of my father who is 88, and run a farm, so I don't go to the movies, out to eat, or any of those things you young people do. I have never seen avatar, or any of the movies, in many years. If I see something I like, regardless of movies which I havenb't seen, I get it and name it what I think it may be.. So lighten up honey, seems like you may have a chip on your shoulder. Now days, its easy to have more than a chip to carry around, more like bolders!!

My dad's cousin doesn't own a TV or a mobile phone, and he lives and works on a farm and also doesn't get out, but he knows what a Dalek is. You don't need to go out to the movies to see Daleks: just turn the TV on like everybody else. You have other sci-fi pictures in your gallery, which suggests an interest in science fiction. Even if you don't have a television, if you have an interest in sci fi and the Internet, you KNOW what a goddamn Dalek is.

And as for the insult, I don't have a chip on my shoulder, madam, but I DO have 3 years' work with the BBC on my Curriculum Vitae. I worked with the people who designed the modern Daleks and I my fair share of copyright law, and the design you put up of "spider robots" is someone else's and that person owns the lawful right to it. When I messaged you before it was a warning. I was trying to protect you from a lawsuit by giving you the chance to credit the BBC with ownership of the Daleks in your work. I was doing you a favour. You throw it back in my face? Fine. You blew your chance and I'll be reporting your page for copyright theft and alerting the BBC.

I got the model from ShareCG, I rendered obj file from there in Bryce using textures that bryce offers. If it is copyright, then you will have to go after sharecg, where they offer the model as a free download. As for me, I was not trying to anger you, I was exsplaining, that I do not know, nor do I care what a dalek is. I love anything that has to do with the feel of sci-fi, surreal, and fantasy. Its the style I like, not the name or history, or anything else about it, just that I like the style. I never ever call people stupid, its an insult to call people that, so I was not calling you one. I said you had a chip on your shoulder because of your sudden anger and attack on me that came out of no where, and I see I am right by the reply you just gave me with a threat. I am a total stranger to you, and maybe a safe person for you to vent your anger on, but this old bird did absolutely nothing wrong. If removing it from my gallery will make you happy, then by all means, I will remove it to make you a happier person.But take your anger somewhere else, or work it off by going to the gym, attacking people is not cool!

Don't presume to patronise me. I've no anger to vent, being at my own age long-past such adolescent discharges. Nor was I attacking you. As I said, I was offering you a chance to avoid getting into trouble, and I would advise in future before assimilating stock from websites outside deviantART that you make absolutely certain the correct permissions are in place. As for threats, I don't make them. I simply tell people what is going to happen, and I have indeed done what I said I would do. Evidence has been prepared and submitted to my former employers for the purposes of investigation.

You are advised not to reply to this message. I've no desire to communicate with you further as you are clearly as arrogant as you falsely assume me to be. I have done my duty and as far as I am concerned the matter is closed.
