I can't wait for this foal!

They're going to make a very flashy little grullo roan creature. Basically my dream horse, with some good background at least from Jag's side. I hope to of course show Lilith as well.

"I hate to be the one to tell you this...but your new horse is pink." Lokka said in all seriousness, giving him a consolation pat on his shoulder. Jamison gave a deep sigh and nodded. "That she is. Which is good, because I ordered her that way." He laughed and stepped away from her.

She crossed her arms and raised an eyebrow as she looked at the stallion who had just been shipped to their little town in Ireland and had gotten a ride home from the airport in Jamison's sad, borrowed trailer. "Are you going to make little pink babies?" Lokka asked the horse, who snorted in response, prancing around in place as he certainly was ready to get out. "You should get out of the way. I don't really know how he's going to be." Jamison said as he went to open the trailer, taking hold of Jag's leadrope as he did so. The stallion walked excitedly down the ramp, his ears moving a bit with every step. He looked around and neighed loudly, clearly concerned that he was alone. He got quite a few answers back, and Jamison laughed, Lokka looking somewhat disgruntled as she held a hand to her ear. "I didn't feel like hearing today anyway." She muttered, before opening up the folder that Jamison had compiled about the stallion. "Looks frisky." She noted, pointing at his Liberty entrance. "I figure Lil will temper the foal, if that's the case." Jamison said, seeming rather vague and not terribly interested in the personality.

"So, seriously. Are you making more pink foals? Don't you have some horses here that could make pink ones? I imagine getting this guy here was expensive." Lokka said accusingly, following Jamison and Jag as they walked toward one of the empty pastures. "They're not going to have a pink foal." Jamison murmured with a laugh and a shake of his head, taking off Jag's halter and letting him loose once they were in. The stallion was eager to be free and tore down the pasture, bucking occasionally out of excitement. Jamison removed himself quickly from the pasture in case he interfered with the horse's exuberance. "I've got my fingers crossed for a mousy grey one." He explained, walking toward the mare pen to get Lilith.

"Mouse grey?" Lokka said, thinking about it for a moment. "Are you serious? I think pink is better." She commented smoothly. "Doesn't really matter. There is no genetic possibility for another pink horse to come out of that pink mare with that stallion." The two stared at each other for a moment, gears turning in Lokka's head. "Is that the only science you know?" "Pretty much!" Jamison said, whistling. A few of the mares eagerly came to him, Lilith sidling up beside some of them. He put a halter on her and led her out. "Are you just gonna lurk?" He finally asked Lokka, and she shrugged. "No, I thought it'd be fun to see horses shag." She said with wolfish grin, and Jamison laughed hard in response. "Have at then." He replied as he let her loose into the pasture as well. They both stood there for a moment.

"Are you sure that's safe?" Aine said quietly, making both the other two jump. "How did you get there?" Lokka said, indignant. Aine rolled her eyes, ignoring the question. "You can't trust him." She continued, leaning against the fence as Jag turned around and came toward Lilith excitedly. Lilith nickered to him, and they put their noses together in greeting. "Yeah, I think they'll be fine." Jamison said, watching them. Lilith gave a little squeal of irritation finally and bounced away from him. Jag snorted, following her eagerly. "He's a persistent little bugger isn't he?" Lokka said, laughing. "Poor, pink little thing." Jag was really making a show of trying to impress her, whinnying and nickering. He lipped at her mane a few times and she seemed to tolerate him.

"I, for one, do not need to watch horses shag and have other things to do." Jamison said, and Lokka nodded. "Yeah, I think I have to polish the cat or something. Have fun there." She said, giving Aine a hard pat on the shoulder, to which Aine sighed and shook her head. Feeling the need to wait around a bit, she made sure that Jag was going to be gentle with her during the courtship process. She finally left them to their business, making sure to check up after not too long. When she came back, Lilith was in her usual stance, snuggled up next to another horse and grooming them, this time lipping at Jag's mane as he stood there like a good little boy and allowed it.

"What's going over there?" Jamison asked as he met Aine under the 'bridge', and she gave a little shrug. "Seems like they'll make a sweet little foal."
