40x50 cm, acrylic paint on carboardI was listening to Portishead the whole time...
I did this in 4 days...sometimes I need 4 months or more for a painting...

I just get back from Silent Hill and see THIS. Not exactly a sewn-together corpse with no face and twisting inner organs, but this is definatly worthy of the Daily Deviation. Very, very, very excelent.

This is so lovely. (interesting as it is) I saw it on the side bar as I was typing a comment and ended up typing in what I was thinking *bonks self on head* I've been known to do that from time to time.

This is sweet! I will admit I found it through the DD feature, but I'm happy I did. Her posture is really cool, like she was caught in the act and is about to jump on whoever has found her. Her look is of something without any restraints, it looks so cool! It's fantastic as far as coloring goes too, the shadows and skin tone is just fantastic! Might I ask what traditional medium you used?

I love how her shadow is soft and gentile, almost loving, and she, herself, is zombie-like and horrifying.
J'adore that contrast! But I don't like how she has no hair except on her head.

Her body looks really good and I like the evil touch the eyes and hands give to the picture. It would work well as a game character in my opinion. But I'm obsessed with Silent Hill at the moment, nevermind me.
