Hehe, okay, lemme explain.

Nekaryosa isn't part of the main HoaD story. She's from the past. 1000 years earlier to be exact. She was a soldier in the thousand year war and eventually a general. She was a coastal/terrius hybrid of a dragon, but incredibly powerful. During the war, her wings were torn off, and she was killed, turning into a reshiira and taking the appearance of the grey dragon that you just saw and is what she usually appears as. I'll be updating her reference soon with more information for you.
