The proportions seem a bit off. To me it seems like either his neck is too long or his shoulders are too low. His left arm is too long when compared to his right one and more importantly, his legs. Legs are always longer than arms, and that difference is missing here.
You did a good job on the colouring/painting though. A good picture overall.
