Description
Since i wasn't happy with the last one i did, i went and do more research and improved the designs here and there and did this.
i left it black and white cuz i still have other things to do. I'll might come back to it and give it a nice and neat finish perhaps.

In case someone didn't understand what i wanted to do, this is a "what if VU" of Caitlyn that i'm attempting to do, not a different skin with a different theme.

also want to say upfront that i had plan the hat to be functional, in that it works as a compartment to contain her traps.
the bar on the hat is an indicator of either a) what level her "w" skill is at.
b) how many traps she has left in her hat.

and yeah, I know I also didn't draw her gun, will do that sometime as well.
