Wow...this is absolute magic. Beautiful.
Did you have your camera on a tripod to acheive that gorgeous, flowing water effect?

Yes, I did Actually I used also polarising filter in this shot.

Thank you for your comment

That's what I figured. I've yet to take a picture of flowing water, and I wasn't quite sure how it worked. I'm still experimenting with my Canon Rebel, so it's cool to learn about new ways to take shots. (:

You're very welcome! (:

So another tip would be that to achieve efect of flowing water it's good to set time of shot ot 1/8 sec. or higher and watch histogram for proper exposition. Sometimes you will have to use some filter on your glass becouse it will be to bright out side. Hir I used polarising filter. It also reduced reflection in the water. I think that's all. If you have any other qustions just ask

Goodlack.

Filters! That's something I've been thinking of buying, so maybe I will, now. Thank you SO much for all the information. It's great when people are kind enough to share their knowledge of camera's with amateurs like myself. :}
I can't wait to find a shot of water that I can practice on, now.

I suppose he definitely used a tripod, because you need a slow shutter-speed for the flowing effect. And since the rest of the picture is clear, it's obviously he used a tripod, because holding a camera perfectly still for a second is almost impossible
