I think the only GOOD thing about Cell being in his Perfect form is...he can no longer use the nightmare material that is his tail. I mean look at it! it's beyond morbid, both on how it looks and...how it eats. (Shudder)
But yeah, good work at capturing the creepy factor of Cell, thumbs up.

I always thought that Imperfect Cell was much more threatening than Perfect Cell in terms of his reptilian/alien design and the fact that he will stop at nothing to absorb anything and anyone to gain more power. I always thought it was freaky when he sucked up Android 17 and then later Android 18 with that Tail of his. It always makes me wonder what is inside him.

The best part about this is his suction thing[forgot whats it called lol]. It looks so gross, like how it should be. It makes it look more scarier to be a victim of that than it would in the show lol. good job on that especially~!
