“I don’t care if the others know that I’ve finally seen what they seem to have known all along,” she answered pensively. “Or that I – “ she trailed off and when she looked at Robin, he seemed to be waiting. Even the hands that had been almost absently caressing her hand were still. “--that I reciprocate.”Robin exhaled and laughed. He tried to stop when Raven stiffened in his hold, but he just couldn’t. He knew it was the sudden release of pressure, but he didn’t know how to explain that to her. When she tried to pull away, he held on.
“You reciprocate?” he asked when she glared at him. “Reciprocate? Really?”
“Forgive me for having a better vocabulary than you do.”
He raised her hand and kissed it, threading his fingers through hers. “Whatever you call it,” he said, his tone still amused and all happy. “I’m just glad you like me too.”

After reading the latest chapter of Em's brilliant fanfiction "It Only Takes A Moment" I just felt the urgent need to draw something and ended up drawing this. If you haven't read any of her wonderful stories yet, do it right now:

They're amazing.
First I tried colouring the picture with dark colours (since they have this little conversation late at night) but I just seem unable to work with dark colours ^^° I like my drawings nice and shiny - never touch a running system. xD
I'm not entirely satisfied this time, but anyway - I think it still delivers the message. <3
Dedicated: to my most beloved best friend - just because I hope it'll make her happy. <3 I don't like her feeling lonely at all.

considering how she described their attire throughout the short series of wishes i would have given them completely different dress standards.
say the red satin pj's that were mentioned in an earlier ficlet for raven? and boxers and a tight singlet for robin.
also i probably would have worked on the emotions on their faces, robin should seem far more enraptured with raven because he finally knows she is his but that he still has to take things slowly and raven should be more afraid and embarrased but have the hint of love shining in her eyes.
