My submission for week 14 ofI had to watch Afro Samurai again, not just because its awesome, but I wanted to make Gino look as accurate as possible. Also I figured a lot of people would go with the teddy helm, so I wanted to mix it up a bit.
So here he is looking as happy as ever!

The pose is brilliant and you captured Jino's likeness perfectly. I had to get down my Kuma action figure when I tried do my entry and I didn't even come close to capturing his teddy bear head, but you went way harder and nailed it.

Doesn't looks 3d to me. I originally was going to do him helmet off, but I couldn't get it to work. I'm impressed with how perfectly you captured his look.

Oh, some darker shading around the perimeter of it would work fine, well depending where you have the light coming from.
Thanks, it took a lot of "research" (watching the series) and sketches to get it right, I'll probably upload a collage of some of the better sketches I did of him, my teddy head sketches look awful, haha.

The mask always threw me. He's this bad butted swordsman, everyone he cared about is dead because of a guy he once called brother, he's out for revenge, no one can stop him! ...oh yeah and he wears a teddy bear mask?! Weird!
