When it comes to the redesign in itself, I must say that you did a great job!  
The theming you showed definitely shows in her clothing attire and I like how the colour sheme compliments the character's colours too <3 Her hair looks super fluffy, I like how the outlines give it such volume ;W;

Furthermore, I already came to notice that you made use of the advice I have given you in terms of livelier poses! To notice that makes me very happy <3 The motion line becomes a lot more visible on Aurora this time and her overall body has a nice flow In conclusion, the character also becomes all the more expressive! She looks very elegant, gentle and composed <3

On top of that, I like that you experiment more with brushes to create an interesting background The colour choices are nice to contrast themselves from the main motif and every detail stands out nicely on its own <3 I like the size sense for the buildings behind Aurora, the sky colour transitions and also the ground with these lines of flowers? Please correct me if I am wrong I highly recommend you to keep it up, when it comes to interesting eye catchers in backgrounds and brush diversity, you are on a very good way, Nam!

As always, I also have a few things to suggest as potential sources of improvement It has come to my attention that you have experimented with the coloured outlines/lineless features on her wrist jewelry. I must say that I personally like this a lot! It makes a nice contrast to your strong black outlines and gives the thin jewelry an all the more lighter and nicer feeling <3 I would recommend to push these experimentations further if you feel like it, by contrasting all of the jewelry with lighter/white outlines for instance to make them even shinier, or to contrast softer parts of a characters design, like the hair and the wings for instance ! You can construct strong focus areas in pictures with this and when one considers how majestic the wings are supposed to make Aurora look, I think this would be a good example of use for future ideas <3

Secondly, there are a few things I spotted when it comes to anatomy. By the way how the wings are positioned in the picture, it gives off more the impression that the wings themselves are attached to the back of Aurora's hair rather than her scapulas ;W; The hands turned out to look wonderful and very graceful <3 However, Aurora's right arm is just a little too long >w< Basically, her underarm should attach itself to the upper arm where your outline separates the sleeve design into two halves. Her right underarm is also a little longer than her left >w< 
Her upper body is about one head too short and the inconsistency in her facial features and the way how you made use of your shading and nose positioning there reduces the plasticity and expressiveness which the hair surrounding it and Aurora's pose try to achieve ;W; 

Also when it comes to the flow of clothes, it is always important to take the parts of the body they enwrap into consideration. This worked very well so far with Aurora's upper body, but the skirt could eventually adjust a little more to her legs in flow. 

Then, I also believe that you are definitely more than ready to also make shading experiments, if you have the time and mood for it <3 You have a very good feeling for where shadows should be positioned already, so I would suggest that you can even go one step further of using finer strokes of brushes for structuring certain parts of your picture even better, for instance with the feathers of the wings of the different streaks of hair >w< Feel free to be daring and use the wider and smoother shading transitions on your shapes to your advantage <3

Finally, I want to mention your experiments with different light sources. It has come to my attention that you present the sunshine coming in right above her head through the gap between the buildings, right? Correct me, if I am wrong <3 You could use these kind of effects for even more strength, if you use a separate light/dark contrast For instance, you could light up the areas struck by this sunlight, while you set apart the areas with multiply layer shadows of lowered opacity in areas the light cannot reach <3 That can create a wonderful focus, yet again, on Aurora keeping eye contact with the viewer.

As always, these are merely suggestions and it is a joy to observe your artisic change and journey! Keep creating and improving
