Oh my, this is beautiful! Love your little "jewels" around the boarder and how you did the colors and reflections. Of course, you always do wonderfully with the geometric patterns, and your little seated figure on the edge is lovely.
Well, for not having a good scanner, you've done quite well with the photograph against the black background. You might want to try to use *two* lamps, on either side, both aimed at 45°. That would eliminate the slightly yellow color on the far side.
Your colors are beautiful, especially as you've done them behind the white lines of your "Rosetta window".
(Well, I'm never wish sleepless nights on you, but I have to admit, you've made a beautiful outcome!

Thanks for the tipp, I was thinking about to get a new lamp, but maybe I will get one more for future photos. Sometime photos show better colors then edited scans.
Rossetta window... So that is how it called in English, I was searching for that word...

Looked again, and no, I think the figure is the right size. You sort of want the feeling of being so small against the immense size of the Universe.
