Hi! ^^
Frozen is one of my favourite movie, I am not the only with this opinion and the many fanarts witness it. So, for this reason, your work loses quite in originality, onsidering also that it's a portrait... But it's a fanart after all, and I think that fanarts often lose originality.
It's a good work visually speaking, except for one thing that I personally find quite disturbing: her braid. It's well done, I am not saying anything about that, but at first sight, especially in the thumb, it seems like Elsa is giving you her back, and yet something isn't clear, it seems like the anatony is quite wrong, but it isn't!
When you see it in its original dimensions, you see that it is the braid which is a little too much on the left. (I am so sorry if it wasn't clear >.< The concept is: Her braid is too much on the left, and at first sight it gives the wrong idea of her position)
For the technique I have not much to say, I like her hair and even the dress! But I think you could have colour her skin in a little paler way.

j'aime beaucoup comment tu fais les paillettes et les textures, c'est toujours aussi joli
et les détails sont bien sur travaillés un a un
bien que le dessin en lui même soit très beau bien sur, je te donnerais mon avis personnel sur ce qu'il y a un peu a améliorer
déjà, je n'ai rien a redire au niveau des proportions, je trouve que c'est vraiment bien travaillé,par contre, comme pour Asuka, je dirais que le visage d'Elsa est plutôt rond, et son nez un peu en trompette, mais ça encore une fois, ça dépend du style qu'on a voulu donner au dessin en lui même
les cheveux sont bien travaillé comme toujours, ils seraient mieux avec des mèches platines ça et la, et la couleur de peau un peu plus claire car Elsa a toujours une palette de couleurs assez froide et son teint est très pale, voir maladivement pale si ce n'est la couleurs des joues et de la bouche qui le rend plus expressif
