Brenda y Danielle llevan ya algunas horas atrapadas en las alcantarillas donde Danielle suele dormir. Han intentado escapar de ellas pero los Twisted freddies, y Shadow les llevan la ventaja. Brenda piensa seriamente en rendirse y mejor ceder su alma a Shadow, por loq ue decide arrinconarse y llorar lamentandose, pensando en lo que fue su vida, tan tragica y solitaria. Danielle, sólo es una niña de 4 años, y no sabe mucho de lo que sucede, pero sabe que lo que Brenda siente, es tristeza, y sabe que debe calmarla.

Danielle: *Le la palmaditas en la cabeza* "Ya, ya, todo va a estar bien... esos monstruos no nos van a atrapar, solo existen de noche, mañana van a desaparecer"
Brenda: *Gira un poco la cabeza en desaprobación* "Niña, no lo entiendes... Estamos atrapadas, esos monstruos son de verdad, y no de los que asustan en las noches... La muerte nos espera"

Danielle no sabía qué hacer, no entendía muy bien el concepto de la muerte, pero sí sabía algo; la muerte era quién se llevó a su madre.
Danielle: "Eso no es malo, porque, si la muerte viene, creo que veré a mi mami otra vez"

Brenda la miró triste, se había encariñado tanto con ella en tan poco tiempo que le dolía que tuviera la misma suerte, atrapada ahí con ella, sin familia ni nadie que la ayude.
Brenda: "Niña, no te mereces esto... tu no mereces morir... Mereces una mamá que te saque de aquí, que te adopte y te ame... Yo- *Silencio* Tenemos que salir de aquí..." Dijo dejando salir más lagrimas en impotencia.

Danielle la agarró de las mejillas y acariciandola con una voz muy tierna y serena dijo
Danielle: "Shhh, estarémos bien, no llores, estaré contigo siempre y te voy a ayudar, vamos a salir de aquí" Acariciando las mejillas, con sus dedos, logró levantar algo del parche de Brenda.
Brenda se percató de esto, y se comenzó a desabrochar el parche, dejando que Danielle lo retirara.

Brenda: "¿Ves mis cicatrices?... Me las hizo un monstruo como ellos... ni siquiera me defendí... No sé si intentar hacerlo ahora sirva de algo... Son demasiados, pelear con ellos no es una opción..."
Danielle: ...¿No es mejor evitarlos?
Brenda: ¿Cómo?
Danielle: Hay otra salida de las alcantarillas, por los tuneles, pero, hay que intentar engañarlos...

Danielle y Brenda planean una salida inesperada de las alcantarillas.

Finalmente podemos ver a Brenda sin su parche sin involucrar gore!

Brenda and Danielle have been trapped in the sewers for a few hours now, where Danielle usually sleeps. They have tried to escape from them but the Twisted freddies, and Shadow have the advantage. Brenda seriously thinks about giving up and giving up her soul to Shadow, so she decides to corner herself and cry lamentingly, thinking about what her life was like, so tragic and lonely. Danielle, she's just a 4-year-old girl, and she doesn't know much about what's going on, but she knows that what Brenda is feeling is sadness, and she knows that she has to calm her down.

Danielle: *pats her head* "Yeah, yea, everything's going to be fine... those monsters aren't going to get us, they only exist at night, tomorrow they're going to disappear"
Brenda: *Turns her head a bit in disapproval* "Kid, you don't understand... We're trapped, those monsters are real, and not the kind that scare us at night... Death awaits us"

Danielle didn't know what to do, she didn't quite understand the concept of death, but she did know something; death was the one who took her mother.
Danielle: "That's not bad, because, if death comes, I think I'll see my mommy again"

Brenda looked at her sadly, she had become so attached to her in such a short time that it hurt that she had the same luck, stuck there with her, with no family or anyone to help her.
Brenda: "Kid, you don't deserve this... you don't deserve to die... You deserve a mom who takes you out of here, who adopts you and loves you... I- *Silence* We have to get out of here... " She said letting out more tears helplessly.

Danielle grabbed her cheeks and caressing her with a very tender and serene voice said
Danielle: "Shhh, we'll be fine, don't cry, I'll always be with you and I'll help you, let's get out of here" she Caressing her cheeks, with her fingers, she managed to lift something from Brenda's patch.
Brenda noticed this, and she began to undo the patch, leaving Danielle to remove it.

Brenda: "Do you see my scars?... I got them from a monster like them... I didn't even defend myself... I don't know if trying to do it now will help... There are too many, fighting them is not an option..."
Danielle: ...Isn't it better to avoid them?
Brenda: how?
Danielle: There is another way out of the sewers, through the tunnels, but you have to try to trick them...

Danielle and Brenda plan an unexpected exit from the sewers.

We finally get to see Brenda without her eyepatch without gore involved!
