Not a drop of blood has been spilled in this place. Predators and prey alike move slowly in quiet reverent awe, obeying an ancient code of neutral ground that permeates even nature

Ten years ago, the mad butcher, Tsutomu Kodaira was brought here. An unusual sentance from a wise magistrate. The screaming, scarred, musclebound hulk was bound in chains and dragged by eight men to this place, upon entering, he fell to his knees and wept.

Now he is a pillar of his community, a charitable businessman and a gentle giant, beloved by all. The families of his former victims are taken care of for life, as he works to make amends.
