I was asked to help a friend of mine come up with a design for her new character on Wolf's Requiem after seeing my Lockhardt design. I colored a template by Perishmoon and ended up liking it so I decided to do my own picture of the character... so yes, it does look similar to Lockhardt (if you've ever seen him) on purpose.I had no idea what the character's power will be so I just imagined little spirits moving around under the night sky next to her.

Thanks! I just used a darker color and blur it with the smudge tool, then put a brighter color in the center. I saw a tutorial once on how to make glowing markings (can't remember who it was by) that used a similar technique so that's what I've tried to do.
