well my cousin finally got her wedding nails in weeks after her wedding.... UPS international in mexico is pretty evil~ they would not give my uncle the package and kept trying to make him pay all kinds of crazy fees in order to get the box. We got it all fixed by talking with UPS but UPS seemed pretty pissed at the office in mexico for trying to extort money from the customers.
After this I dont think we will use USP international again~ ^^
