Putting together an image with multiple characters is never easy, especially if you want to make them all fit together. Mixing these together from individual drawings turned out very nice. Did you draw the logo from scratch?
Two things I think you could do next to improve a bit are to switch to a blue, purple, or dark red color for your shading rather than black or gray (or a darker tone of each color), with the opacity/fill turned down. And then if you switched from soft brushes on the eyes to only hard brushes, your eyes would pop and sparkle more. At the moment, they look a bit like the eyes on a stuffed animal. The eyes on the girl to the far right look the best in this regard.
