another person commented and said there was a band called Poets of the Fall who had the same song! Weird, haha. As for the song title, there are probably many more bands/art/creative works in general which would likely have used 'smoke and mirrors'. I can't really claim any credit for it, its a very common phrase!

Never heard of the band! I'm not a music person, I just come across stuff I like and keep it. Are they worth checking out? Might youtube them later
As for the song title, "smoke and mirrors" is a very common phrase - been used for ages to mean false impressions/hiding the truth, probably stemming from magic or something? Around that kind of meaning anyway! So its cool to link my work to their song but it could really be linked to a whole set of different other things, and I'm guessing there are plenty of other people who have used that title too
