Happy (late) Birthday, Gakupo! Β‘Feliz CumpleaΓ±os (atrasado)!(Very random name, I had a different idea for this at first that suited it more, but whatever)
I suppose this is a step down from my 2012 picture, but since I have some days off, I can compensate by finally drawing some pictures I've been thinking of for a long while...

I love the symbols! What are they? They're beautifully drawn.Β
Also love how you gave Gakupo a good man-chest. Artists seem to have a hard time drawing proportionate male torsos *cough*notthaticantalk*cough* and you made him look solid.Β
And once again your curly ringlet colouring of hair is magnificent. It's a very definite style you have there and easy to recognize in my inbox.
Though if I had to nit-pick I'd say the sheet flowing over Gakupo looks a bit weak. I think either a more translucent touch or more shading would help it fit with the rest of the picture. I get what you were trying to do though and it shapes the frame wonderfully but it's too plain to properly fit with how you've designed the rest.Β

Well, admittedly it is a bit of a rush job, but I wanted something of a contrast. Perhaps I could add a bit more shading later...
