This is nice, but I feel like it seems a bit cluttered. It feels like there is a bit too much going on. And the anatomy is very hard to figure out, her upper body is twisted in an unnatural way away from her lower, and he arm is not in good perspective, nor the legs. I suggest using reference of an aerial view of someone sitting down. The shading is nice but there is no consistent light source, and the collar bones on her chest are very awkwardly shaded. I like the color palette though.
