It's not difficult at all, just time consuming 
You can spend a day making beautiful jewellery, I think it's like everything you have to invest
many hours.

It is! If you do take up on crafts and jewellery making, you should start with small things and simple.
You will gradually go for bigger things, but take your time and enjoy it.
