I'd be annoyed too if a clearly tender moment was interrupted by staring strangers!I've been drawing gifts and prizes for so long that I finally had to draw something for myself. I haven't drawn my babies in such a long timeee! TT^TT
So Evan and Andy, either waking up or getting ready for bed.
I haven't really drawn them being this touchy before, but it felt natural to draw them like this. They often sleep together, it's become a habit for them ever since Evan's "accident". He feels safer when Andy is around, and of course Andy doesn't mind the arrangement (sometimes Evan would prefer to sleep alone but Andy doesn't let him, haha).
I didn't pay much attention to anatomy, I was watching Year One while sketching and inking. XD
I used mostly Copics and Promarkers for the coloring, background is just pattern paper, because lazy meee.

Evans eyes remind me of Black Swan since they are so red~. o0o
I find it fancy that the background has nice pattern and you cut those flowers to bottom of the pic.

Mm, maybe it was someone they knew already? Or maybe it's a customer from the bar? XD I think they'd probably be pretty used to drunken people who accidentally went to the apartment part of the house while looking for the WC or something. 8D

Also, I've noticed you changed the way you draw faces a bit? It's getting more detailed and I looooove it~

I changed the faces because I wanted to try out something different. I like the faces too, but I've also gotten differing opinions.
Don't know whether I'll continue drawing them like this or will I go back to my previous style. :3

Not really one of my favourites, but still good - the colouring is nice! But somehow I look at their faces and they feel.. off. Probably the eyes/noses which are drawn differently and.. well.. more anatomy stuff. But you've already said yourself xD.
I also like the vibe of this drawing - it's really sweet and loveable. Also YAY Andy and Evan <3.

I tried a different approach on their faces, tried to make them a bit more realistic looking (really, not much). Personally I like their faces a lot now, maybe I'm just fed up with the anime style I first started to draw them with.
Not saying this is the way I'm going to draw them from now on, just wanted to try it out.

I understand - sometimes it's nice to experiment instead of sticking to what you know and can, and it's also something that's necessary if you want to grow and evolve and stuff.
