Back to street photo!
This is a portrait of living in the city. Modern architecture, busy and fast. Time is money. Everyone is in a hurry. Except for the tourists who want to enjoy the city, or maybe they're lost in this funky station...
yes, the background is blurred. You have to bare with me for this. I didnt use tripod for this one. So, thats why.

I like the blurriness/movement and the colours. It's also pretty interesting that you can take parts out of this one and make 'modern' standalone photos (for example the man scratching his head in front of the stand).

A tripod. I have one of those someplace. lol. It's still a great shot considering the slightly longer shutter time. You got the feeling right though; Everyone's in a rush, everyone's in their own little world. I like it.

Another great photo, must say I was attracted to the light in this photo, but then the amount of light in the background coming through the windows started bugging me.
The blur only emphasises the point of the picture so maybe not that big a mistake. You've capture it all so well, an amazing eye for photos. Favourite.

Beautifuly captured, the colors of the sun striped through thin when entering the glass above. It alluminate the place like a golden city, and happy thoughts roaming about in ones mind. I love the business that is here, and there are many things to look at, as people moving by you just wish to stop one of them and just to get to know, in understanding a life from their perspective.

ooh! that's really awesome! I really want a camera that can pull effects like that. mine doesn't let any blur in and there's no way to change that (there's no manual shutter speed option or anything, which is very annoying).
very nicely done. i really really like that the background isn't moving but the people are. i'm sure there's a word for that but i can't think of it.

oooo - a very interesting blend of a certain dirty grittiness over the clean, crisp lines of the architecture... i particularly like the earthy tones of the ceiling.
i'll be looking at it in a slightly different way tomorrow - i walk through here almost every day... seeing familiar places through other people's eyes can be quite illuminating!
