Hi, while out the other day, I came across this big Water snake as it was resting in the grass / reeds by the edge of the marsh. .... so of course I'm going to title this shot, using that that common saying. It was about 4 feet long, quite large for these snakes..most of the ones I see here are usually only 2 - 3 feet long. enjoy it if you can... it's a harmless and very beneficial snake, as they eat frogs, bugs and is non poisonous.
