well, to be perfectly honest, i think it may have been worth it! it's a breathtaking view.
i've hated all the times i've seen beautiful views and not been able to take a photo. a couple weeks back, i was going over a bridge across a deep valley in a car. the valley has a big river running through it and an absolutely amazing backdrop of thick green trees and a hill in the distance. there was mist beneath the bridge level. to make it all the more perfect, there was the sun setting- an amazing coloured sky. if i could have had a photo from that bridge (as long as i could brave the traffic and side winds), i'd have had the best photo i've ever taken. you were lucky to get this photo. great work on it

Yes I know the feeling, also sometimes I have made plans to go on a trip to shot and that day it starts to rain and it's cold, I always stayed home till this one time....now I go out no matter what the weather. It was a 2 hour drive, a 7 km hike in ugly weather...my camera was getting wet, and then I got this shot. :thumb34149376:
it's not the best shot I have ever taken but I love that out an ugly day you can still get a good shot.
