Description BOUNTIES UNLIMITED PRESENTS -- A TIER

Today's up-and-coming bounty is Arthur Costa, once thought to be a man of justice, it seems he's taken an aggressive turn. This Karrablast is wanted for crimes including: Arson, destruction of property, aggravated assault, involuntary manslaughter, four accounts of first degree murder, and various accounts of eco, political, and domestic terrorism!

Arthur is a veteran of the Cimexian war and has been known for his opposition towards Draconis even after the reclaiming of the system. He was once applauded as a man of peace but seemingly unsatisfied with Cimexian victory, he fights for justice.

Arthur Costa was last seen in Cimex and many sources believe he is planning an attack against the new leaders of Cimex: Fátima Maria García da Cruz and Guillermo Caballero to make his so-called justice publicized to other systems. Despite his acts of aggression, he is mostly unproblematic when approached- only defensive when questioned. The Cimexian Oligarchy, the Elytron, have officially submitted a bounty, offering 450,000 Stellunia for his capture, wanted dead or alive.

BOUNTY REQUIREMENTS
Draw or write your character tracking his sparse trail. It seems he's good at hiding, but perhaps you are just as good at seeking.

RECRUITMENT
A difficult nut to crack, it will take a lot of convincing and time for this man to change his heart. He is, however, open to listen. Show him the world, perhaps, and he may remember just how small he is.

CLAIMING
Should your character attempt to claim this character, you must decide whether you kill him and prevent him from acting again or simply turn him in and risk this crafty man's escape- and any back-up plans he may have…
