My bookling got approved! I can't wait to draw him ;w; He doesn't have a name yet tho, so suggestions are welcome! I had been looking at Egyptian names because he is turquoise blue and you can find turquoise stone in Egypt but nothing seemed to fit him...Β ;-;Booklings are a closed species meaning you cannot make your own without a MYO! Your bookling child is adorable, and ooh! I like the piercings on his arms, and the way his ponytail looks like the end of a tassel.
Also, I appreciate the thought you're putting into him in reference to turquoise. *thinks*
If not a specific Eqyptian name, why not a location from ancient Egypt in which turquoise was mined?
ie-
"Sinai"
... or "Khadim" (borrowed from the mine Serabit el-Khadim)
Or maybe you can play with some variation of a name for a color?
"Irtyu" is the ancient Egyptian word for blue.
"Mefkhat" is the color turquoise specifically.
The word colorΒ itself is "Iwen".
