Wow, first time I've drawn both of them in canon. Jareth and Sarah, of the fabulous movie Labyrinth (of which I draw too much of, if you haven't noticed
)I think the scene is supposed to go like this: Jareth was watching Sarah go through the Labyrinth, as he does, but something goes wrong, and he has to spring in and play the hero to protect her. He's supposed to be summoning one of his crystals in his left hand, but rather quickly and sloppily, so some of the magic is seeping out.
Or something like that. Maybe he's just trying to show off.
Either way, I haven't drawn enough of that jacket and him in it and I wanted an excuse to.
EDIT: Made the fullview bigger, so y'allz can appreciate what he's doing moar.

Aw. I love this. And the exchange of words that might happen after. Somehow I see Sarah teasing him about coming to the rescue and him making up some excuse.

Thank you! I'm glad you like it! I suspect that Sarah might be rather....ungrateful about Jareth rescuing her, and that might rile Jareth up a bit. Because this is supposed to be canon!Sarah (read: 14 years old, still in the labyrinth for the first time) I think she might say thank you, but also give Jareth a hard time about letting his labyrinth get out of his control.
Just a thought. Mostly because typical hero/damsel in distress banter and flirtation really doesn't work for these two. They cheese each other off too easily.
