Description
Another Amino based project. This time based on the crossover concept of Pokemon. We were tasked to combine a Zelda character with a Pokemon to promote release of Sun and Moon, so I went out and merge Link and Decidueye, which I was a little obsess with at the time. The fusion was done so for the fact that I can see Link choosing a Rowlet as his starter Pokemon, and Decidueye fit him as well as his homeland. Being based on an archer, Decidueye looks like it could be a Rito character in BotW thanks to the Robin Hod aesthetic. In fact, it can blend in perfectly if drop into a Zelda game.

And I can really see BotW Link with a Decidueye as his partner.

Since both characters are skilled in archery, and share medieval elements, that was more then enough for me to fuse the Chosen Hero and Ghost Owl into a Champion Archer Owl! What crazy adventures will our feathery friend get into as a raptor with supernatural powers? That is up for you to decide for yourselves, because this is Breath of the Wild we are talking about. And each person experience this game in many different scenarios.

I can imagine him raining sinister spiritual arrows down on his enemies, and the final battle with Ganon blazing with supernatural projectiles penetrating the Calamity as Link nock a quill back with dead eye precision. Ganon is going to get quite the light show of a lifetime, not that he'll enjoy it of course. Screw him.

NOTE: The hoodie was a pain to draw. It took me several retries before I got it in a shape that I am happy with. But it was still fun to do.
