Not bad, not bad you could get him look pretty and sexy there with a good motion with a great expression showing his soldier side more in priority.
I love the way you made the blind eye, it can give that chilling creepy feeling with this a bit cold and rough expression.

His eye, his eye, how I hate it sometimes 
For many he seems surely very rough and hard especially when they stare in his eyes, but we all know that he has a kind heart behind all the barks and this strict self-control

Ohh, I like his damaged eye. It's kind of sad, knowing he was injured, but at the same time, I think it looks awesome.

He lost his eyesight when he got a hit with a silver poisoned blade. The silver got inside and rot there for quite a time before it got cleaned out, it burnt like acid therefor the silvery blue color of his eye. But I agree even tho the background is rather sad I actually like the color as well and so badly wanted to draw it out at least once

His far shoulder and extended arm looks a little funny to me for some reason... Is it the way he his positioned maybe?
Either way I think you did a good job.
You have come far from in achievements from your older drawings. Very life-like. Good with skin too.

Ah yes that is maybe because that shoulder is a bit bend forwards, that makes it look a bit funny
And thank you dear, I myself not really see some improvement and now it got even a bit stressy, as I am not able to keep it up daily, having lot of other stuff as well to do a bit cheating the every-day-rule

... You really not see it? Hahaha, Well, in my opinion your painting has improved from what you did in your older works. You also have gotten better with anatomy, being able to get in the muscles in your characters pretty well. That is a pretty big jump, not an easy thing to do you know, and your characters in their looks and how you draw them has changed too. Don't overlook the small improvements, dear. You really have improved quite a bit.

to me it not feels like that tho, I cant help, it is just really hard for me to see, by feeling I am no better artist than I was 2 years ago

The scar... and his eye. Well, they are kinda creepy. But they add so much to the depth of the character. You did a very good job, as usual.
