"Please." the xenos looked up with hopeful violet eyes.Behind that hope was fear, however. The being that stood before it was no longer the faithful student she loved, but she was down there, somewhere.
She had to be.
"Will you accept my friendship?"
Twilight Sparkle grimaced as a thousand memories came rushing to the forefront of her mind. Memories of the old world. Of Equestria. Of her friends and the love they shared.
For years she'd been haunted by the inability to complete the phrase. She'd forgotten what friendship was. Now she remembered.
She finally opened her eyes and Celestia visibly shuddered under her glare.
"I'm sorry, Princess."
The bolt pistol clicked.
"But friendship is magic..."

Am I a heretic for drawing pony/40k? Maybe, but trust me when I say that it's a lot of fun-*BLAM!* This is also fueled heavily by the rule of cool. Should a xenos even be able to touch lovely commissar threads? Probably not, but I think she looks pretty darn awesome in them! If the rule of cool doesn't satisfy you, however, then my condolences. :[

As a sanctioned psyker Twilight is in trouble just for talkng to Celestia. And Celestia is hoping for to much, the Twilight she knew died long ago. And to finish her sentence" But friendship died with Equestria long ago, and the mare you once knew died with it." If thats not what the fic says never mind. This comes from knowing the game. If Twilight once to put her old life behind forever she has to pull the trigger( the most she can give Celestia is a quick death.)

Perhaps I am missing something but why the hey would Twilight be shooting Celestia? Why would she be considered 'xenos' and be on the the receiving end of a bolter?
Especially since in most iterations of MLP/WH crossovers Celestia is made to be the God Empress of Ponykind.

This one here is loosely based on the stories 'The Dark Ones' and it's sequel 'Of Xenos and War.' I don't want to spoil nothing, but in this universe Equestria is paid a visit by the Imperium of Man after enduring a great disaster. I definitely recommend The Dark Ones - I thought it was a great read.

Can you perhaps PM/Note me some more information. That doesn't really draw me in, especially if the story has Twilight killing Celestia, which concerns me very much, so you'e going to need to offer me enough information for me to think it is worth the read.
Also don't worry, I am one of those people who spoilers don't ruin the story for me. Heck, if there is a movie I want to see but can't I often look up information and it on TV Tropes... and willingly expose myself to spoilers.
