sometimes when im feeling really creative i just pick a french word for titles it always looks goodso i wanted to try drawing the sand level from mario kart?? u kno the one the rly pretyt one

I suck at backgrounds, and a big flaw is that when I do manage to make one, it doesn't mesh with my subject. You're able to make the pieces fit together so well.

Its hard to make backgrounds go with the subject :C i know if im using a toonier style with cell shading and big lines i usually line my bgs and make them more detailed
if im gonna soft shade it i usually paint it
