oh her! sorry, I thought you mean the granblue fantasy character. ( from my other pixel art, stupid me ) 
oh yes Ryoka, sure... I would have guessed around 16 or 18. 

mmh, yet judging purely from animation standpoint only, it couldn't be silicone because silicone does not juggle and bounce around as much as real tissue. fun fact. : )  maybe the animators don't know that - or they do and they're just real. 
judging by her personality, she is also not the type of woman who would get implants wouldn't you say? she is like the opposite type who seems like she doesnt' have a care in the world. 
and judging by size, they are too big to be reasonable implants - nobody handicaps themself like that by choice. ( There is only one person in real life, worldwide, that did that by choice and I assume she only did it because she makes makes more money with it than she loses )

I chocked up their lack of movement up to her clothes and probably her bra being too small and packaging her breasts in enough to restrict movement, alongside the typical animation style of most anime, where breasts usually don't do much unless the scene is meant to draw attention to them (this is also going purely by previews, since I don't watch shows very often)

the animation in the show is excellent, very well done. they really took the weight into consideration. 

but the show itself is not for me, too hectic, talking to fast, pacing too quick, it's almost stressful to watch...

I can see that. As someone who watches subbed anime, it was a bit hard to keep up at times, while still being able to appreciate the action on the screen.

I get the feeling it will slow down a bit at some point. Also, I think now that I have a grasp on the premise, it'll be a bit easier to follow as I continue to watch.
