That my first piece for #ShinXChangeDescription said that Tiamat like to be on a flying islands... I always understand things to literal. Feathers on a neck was quite a challenge, I hope I made them well. Can't wait for the next roll call!

So sorry for my late reply! I was so busy the last weeks and I didn't want to write a comment before I finished your part (too ashamed for being so late) ^^°
And no, I really really like your piece! You did a fantastic job on this. What I like most about your works are this soft coloring style of yours. It looks like a traditional painting and is very pleasing to the eye. The background is so amazing! The floating rocks, the grass and clouds... all these little details. There is so much I like about this but I just can't find the words to describe. Everything looks so harmonic. And Tiamat as well! She's quite a complicated character and not easy to draw but you managed it just fine ^^
All these little feathers must have been a pain! I love how the light reflects on them in different colors <3 The wing feathers really fascinate me. I don't know why but I can't stop looking at them! I also like the curve of the tail and the feathered end with the small glowing stripes. It's perfect! The pose is lovely too. She looks so relaxed but at the same time as she would be guarding something which displays her character very well.
Thank you for this absolutely awesome piece of art! It was totally worth joining the XChange!

Если бы пленэр не мешал, быстро бы дорисовала, а так мурыжить две недели пришлось в свободное время.

Ах... Похвально. Быть педагогом довольно сложно. Иногда довольно неблагодарная профессия (особенно в школах если работать), но очень нужная.
Я уверен у Вас будет большое будущее.
Впереди еще долго обучаться... и с каждым годом будет сложнее и сложнее.

oh wow the level of detail in this is simply WONDERFUl. those feathers look so real and fluffy. I would have to say you nailed it! beautiful anatomy, expression and pose. gorgeous!
