Okay, time to show you the new Neb!I like her like that, a lot 8D
Well ...
She is the size of a really big horse (I'll post a size ref)
She can't smell at all but her other senses works well
She's a female
She's a dragon gecko, she can stick to things. She got them below her foots (front and back); below the wings' fingers and below the end of the tail.
She's a dragon and a human, she normally can switch her form (I still need to work on that though)
She's playful, she has lot of energy and always look king of happy. But she does have no tolerance for some stuff, so beware.
I'm not sure of her story yet. I'm sure she lives in another world (my Headworld since it doesn't have a name yet) and probably realted to Earth too.
If she was an element she would probably be fire and/or wind.
She can breath fire and control it more or less; she can use her magic to heal herself (may be used on someone else I guess), she got a huge reserve of magic, and she's able to do little "teleportation jump". (ok, I'm not sure for that, maybe it's too much? Hum, I need to think about all of that)
Thanks to the civilization of Frigwah (the cat thingy), she learnt few tricks such as creating dimensional portals.
I think that's all (for now :'D).
I didn't draw her human form 'cause I'm bad at human I have no idea what she might look like, but I'll try, I promess!

She has a pretty cool design, I like her knobbly horns, nose horn and tail fan. 
What can she do with the magical portal... is it related to her teleportation jump? What does Neb enjoy and dislike?

Ohhh, great questions. Hum.... Magic portals need to special writting (on a wall/surface mostly, perhaps in the air sometimes), and open another portal.

Let me try again.
You need to portal, and the portal is formed with special marking (at a low level of knowledge/skill), the writting needs to be on a hard surface. The portal is the "science" of magic; using words and markings to use magic (wel, that's my idea for now, not something really precise yet).
So basically someone teach her how to use this kind of magic.
For the teleportation jump, I don't think she'll have this ability anymore, it's just.... I don't know, maybe too much? And if the portal works then the teleportation jump is redundant.
It's still a little confusing in my head, I do need to change some stuff. So, sorry for the re-wording, plus I'm king of writting this for me too C:
What she likes... I don't know! She love flying for sure, she enjoy going around, jumping/running/chasing stuff. She probably enjoy hunting, in a certain way. She usually hunt bird because they are a great challenge but don't eat them.
What she dislikes... That's even harder. Being in a though situations is always unpleasent. Probably a situation where she can't do anything about or help will make her upset. She's not upset with a lot of stuff, she is rarely offended and pretty playful. She might say bad stuff but never mean it (saying stuff that annoys people entertain her, but it's never mean).
She tend to talk faster than she should, too.
And I realized I didn't really said what she dislikes ah! She's curious as well.
