Also, this photo wasn't made to represent "this world" so I don't mind that it doesnt look "of this world "

If I showed you the original you'd change your tone, there isn't a lot of photoshop, just a lot of make-up.Β
That's how beauty shots work, focus is on clear skin and make-up !Β

I would like to see that!
you'r makin me curious how much of it is camera work and how much is ps.
Maybe its yust me, i think a lot of modeling photo's are retouched and not in a good way.
Β yust my personal taste.
btw i think, a lot of your following is male. and yust wanne see what the industrie is feeding them.
Sex sells, so nude and provoking stuff is al thats intrests them instead of the real beauty behind things.

I think, for me at least, the issue is that the makeup isn't strong enough to be the focus of the picture. It's very interesting, but the way you've set it up, the makeup is the central theme of it, and it doesn't quite fulfill that. With a more dynamic pose, maybe it would've come off better?

The make-up is no good. It's an interesting design, but it's not enhancing. I think it may be the dark line underneath the eyes that's not working. Of course, if the photo showed some body, that could be overseen.

Right, ok, and on what do you base that, do you know anything at all about make-up ?Β

Not much, but I see it all the time and am able to appreciate beauty; there's no need to assume I'm ignorant. You asked for an opinion...Β
I think the make-up makes your eyes look smaller and closer together, and that I don't find particularly flattering. I'm not criticising your expertise, I'm just saying it doesn't suit you. What I mentioned about that dark line, the effect you are getting is opositte to the one you get with the pattern used in this one necianavine.deviantart.com/artβ¦ for example, which enhances your eyes beautifully.Β
Or I could say: "yeah 90% didn't like it because there's not enough meat." In case you are looking for confirmation.

No need to get sassy, geez, I honestly wonder what made you think that because I found the shape and addition of the dark line interesting and refreshing instead of the same old cat eyes eyeliner on the upper eyelid every fucking time.Β

Hahaha... sassy, look who's talking Β
True, the cat eyes are a safe choice; I just mentioned that to illustrate what I mean. Nothing wrong with trying something new - it's a good practice. And on a positive note I must say I like the colors you used and how they are arranged.
