Description
The Surgeon of the Rainbow Pirates. Bill Weedles is an ex-sailor of the Classic Line and a constant companion and guardian to a little girl named Trot until both were sent via a whirlpool to the Rainbow Line. He was the captain of a trading schooner called the Anemone who worked with the W.G. until the accident in which he lost his leg and saw the corruption of the system. After that, he retired and moved into a boarding house run by the wife of his replacement and former first mate Griff Chuck. Around that same time, Chuck's wife gave birth to a daughter named Mayre, who was later nicknamed "Trot." Bill became her protector and companion and the two are inseparable after both parents died of disease. Bill told her stories of the sea and she enjoyed his company more than playing with any of the children in the nearby village. He and Trot ended in a whirlpool that sent them to the Rainbow Line.

Bill is very wise and experienced while being a level-headed voice of reason due to being of the Classic Line, which is by the norm- more mundane than the other Lines. He heavily believes in the power of being lucky.

He has High Advanced Observation/Armament/Conquerors/Realm Haki, Divine Haki, Sorcery Haki, Water/Floral/Wind/Ocean Nature Haki, Normal Haki, Crazy Haki, Balance Haki, and Mana Mastery.

He ate the Block-Block Fruit, which allows him to turn his body into various constructs such as vehicles, beasts, weapons, etc with his Awakening allowing him to turn the environment into additional blocks to use. His main application is to separate body parts in order to commence surgeries. He also ate the Bug-Bug: Grasshopper, whcih allows him to turn into a grasshopper or a hybrid with powers of enhanced jumping, increased physical attributes/stamina/recovery, wallcrawling, and the awakening allows for enhanced luck.
